First visit story

The Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu experience

Adults, beginners to experienced grapplers

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a contact class, but the first feeling should not be chaos. The room is technical, coach-led, and built around learning how position, balance, leverage, and patience solve problems.

With Leo Darrigo leading the programme, beginners get a clear route into grappling while experienced students get details worth staying for. It is physical, but it rewards thinking as much as strength.

Is this for me?

Adults curious about grappling.

Beginners who want a technical first step.

Experienced students sharpening details.

People who want contact training without striking.

Inside the session

How Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu feels

A simple beginning, clear coaching through the middle, and a finish that makes the next visit feel obvious.

01

Understand the position

The class starts with a technical idea: where to place weight, grips, hips, and frames.

02

Drill the solution

You repeat the movement with a partner until the mechanics start to make sense.

03

Test with control

Rounds and positional work help you apply the lesson safely under pressure.

Why people return
