First visit story
The Open Pad Class experience
Pros, amateurs, first timers, all welcome
Open Pad Class is deliberately simple. You arrive on Sunday, pay as you go, and step into ten rounds where the coach gives you real padwork without making the class feel intimidating.
The room can hold very different levels because the pads can meet the boxer in front of them. A first-timer can learn rhythm and confidence. A more experienced boxer can sharpen timing, accuracy, and output.
Is this for me?
First-timers who want coach-led pads.
Amateur boxers who need sharp Sunday rounds.
Experienced athletes who want clean timing.
