First visit story

The Parkinson Boxing Class experience

Supportive adaptive boxing class

Parkinson Boxing Class is calm, structured, and built around progress you can feel. The goal is not to turn the room into a fight gym. The goal is to use boxing patterns to support coordination, balance, rhythm, and belief.

The class keeps the Angels standard of coaching but adapts the atmosphere. You are guided through movement and boxing drills in a way that feels purposeful, respectful, and achievable.
